Channel Marketing Manager - Software

For this position, based in Munich, we are seeking a goal and objective- oriented Channel Marketing Manager CEE to be responsible for all regional channel marketing activities. You will report to the Regional Marketing Manager CEE

Key Responsibilities
•Forecasting, Monitoring, Reporting and Maximising the ROI of all channel activity based on metrics set in the quarterly marketing plan.
•Support diverse partner types (retail, distribution, VAR’s, SI’s, technology and OEM partners) in their consumer as well as corporate marketing efforts for Acronis products.
•Manage communication to all CEE partners including own and third party newsletters, ad-hoc mail shots and update of the partner portal and partner surveys.
•Marketing collateral creation by validating messaging and formatting is suitable for the channel.
•Drive partner recruitment initiatives in support of the Channel Sales team
•Maintain the content on the Acronis Partner Portal and drive adoption to it
•Develop and execute co-marketing and MDF programs containing elements such as
-On- and offline campaigns
-Training
-Events
-Product launches
-Collateral production
-POS Materials
-Partner satisfaction surveys
-Relationship Marketing
•Tight control of budget spend and managing within often challenging timelines.
•Close working co-operation with the EMEA and Global Partner Marketing resources.

Requirements
•Ideally a graduate with a degree in business and or marketing.
•3 – 5 Years Marketing Experience.
•Experience in the Software Market, ideally with storage management software.
•Experience of working with a Channel Sales & Marketing Organisation.
•Able to build rapport and work in a cross-functional teams
•Outstanding writing and communication skills both in English and German
•Excellent Organisational Skills
•Understanding of the Software Market
•Ability to “Think out of the Box”
•Ability to develop Marketing Strategies
•Presentation skills
