Channel Marketing Specialist (m/f)

Skill:
Content Development and Partner Marketing Enablement expertise

Task:
This role requires a smart and proactive professional, an experienced candidate who understands marketing impact business, communication and channel content, online, traditional and social media.
The person in this role will drive partner marketing enablement by creating content, educating, evangelizing, and supporting our
clients´ partners, in the mid market segment.

Responsibilities:
* Partner Communication, Newsletters, Online content creation and feeds
- in cooperation with teams develop and drive channel communication
- implement content services available to partners like newsletter service, webportal service

* Partner Management
- communicate the programm externally and internally, cooperate with global and regional communication teams, create content and inputs, act as a focal point for program functionality, usability and issue excalation
- drive partner training operations associated with program delivery and success
- promote partner usage adoption and alignment between reference stories and business wins
- report on partner adoption, satisfaction, lead generation from reference stories

* PR Consultancy Network set-up
- establish PR consultancy network in key countries
- promote the network to partners, drive adoption
- manage PR content, campaigns, and promotion - build PR Dashboard, reporting on Partner adoption, satisfaction, and business impact

* Coordinator, and Single Point of Contact of all Channel Marketing Topics

Qualifications:
This Job Position requires the candidate to possess the ability to teamwork and collaborate with peers and cross-functional teams. . A good written and verbal communication, listening, negotiating and presentations skills will also be key advantages. Passion for on-line marketing services and media will be essential. As well as, accountability and willingness to take on new challenges. In addition, the following skills are also critical for success in his position:
- Good interpersonal & social skills
- Proactive, self-starter with ability to work independently, on multiple, complex projects, with tight deadlines
- Ability to work effectively, add value as a team member and assume a contributor role to the team in a matrix-structure functional team, drive virtual meetings, and trainings as producer or facilitator.
- Passion for quality
- Min. 3 years experience in marketing at a vendor or agency side
- Proven experience in content development, online media, or PR
- Min. Bachelor level of education in marketing, media or communication
- English – as mother tongue preferably, German and any additional language a big plus.
